Shipping policy

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

Our shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post standard shipping & express post services and delivery times typically range from 1-5  business days.

Order Processing:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
