Cockatoo Crossbody Shoulder Bag in Yellow

Our cockatoo shoulder bag is a favourite for its gorgeous hand appliqué by our Lahu artisans. It is popular for its playful and practical design, suitable for carrying all you need on a day out. 

The design features an internal reinforcing layer to give strength and shape. There is an adjustable strap, an inside pocket for keys, and a zippered security compartment on the underside.

Ethically handmade by Ya Mi and her Lahu artisans in Kyaing Tong, Burma, who use appliqué in their traditional dress. This shoulder bag connects us by uniquely combining traditional Lahu techniques with iconic Australian motifs. All of our products empower women artisans and refugees from Burma.
